AIMP is a an excellent media player that gives qualitative playing of audio files like mp3,ogg, wma, wav. Its appearance is like of another classical media player so learning to use it will be very quickly. It can also be customized with skins.

It includes a 18-band equalizer, a visualization window that displays visual effects and a playlist editor to organize audio files. Besides playing music, it also features three utilities which also enable you to record any sound from the computer, and convert audio files from one format to another and edit tags.

It has a fading effect that makes a list of songs look like an continuous music track and a volume normalizing feature that avoids drastic volume changes between tracks.

These are some key features:

-Sensitive equalizer
-Minimal consumption of system resources
-Multilingual support
-Adjustment of global and local hot keys
-Plug-in Support
-The audio converter codes music from the most different formats in wma, mp3, wav, ogg;
-Sound recording from any audio device in system
-Built - in editor of tags
-Audio grab from optical media
